Wat je gaat doen

At Scheuten Glas, we’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented operator to join our team in Venlo. In this role, you’ll work in a dynamic 4 plus-shift system. Your precision and safety mindset will ensure our laminated glass products meet the highest quality standards. This position offers you the chance to grow professionally through training and collaboration in an innovative environment.

What you’re going to do:

• Operate and monitor computer-controlled machines for glass lamination, ensuring efficient production processes.
• Maintain quality by working with precision and identifying deviations to uphold our high product standards.
• Collaborate closely with your team to promote a safe and efficient working environment.
• Report machine deviations or issues promptly to the supervisor for timely resolution.
• Contribute to process improvements by sharing and implementing innovative ideas.

In the shift system you work 2 early shifts ( 08:00-16:00),24 hours off, 2 late shifts (16:00-24:00), 24 hours off, 2 night shifts (24:00 till 08:00) and then 96 hours off. Then you will start again in this scedule. So you will also work saturdays and sundays. You will work an average of 31,5 hours a week and get paid for working fulltime!

• An hourly salary of €23.63, including shiftallowances.
• A full-time role with an average of 31,5 hours per week.
• Travel reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometer.
• 8% holiday allowance with flexible payout options.
